The Rosemount 3051S ERS™ System is an industry-first technology that replaces mechanical impulse piping with two 3051S pressure sensors linked together digitally.  Differential Pressure is calculated in one of the two sensors and is transmitted using a standard two-wire 4-20 mA HART signal.

Tall Vessels
Measurement drift, caused by changes in ambient temperature, is magnified by long lengths of impulse piping and capillary that are normally required on tall vessels. The 3051S ERS System eliminates these mechanical components, resulting in a stable and repeatable measurement.

The 3051S ERS System provides an accurate DP measurement for a reliable indication on the health of filters, trays, and packing.  Additional MultiVariable measurements and diagnostics enable proactive maintenance practices to prevent flooding and other dangerous process conditions.
